A 17 year-old girl complained of right forearm pain for two
months. She also reported occasional swelling too. On asking, she reported she
do have bouts of chills sometimes. No other significant findings.
As my dispensary is located in filiria prominent area, I
suspected these forearm pain, occasional forearm swelling, and bouts of chills
are most probably due to filiriasis.

A 20-year-old married female came complaining of episodes of
anxiety and uneasiness, frequent sleeplessness, and frequent headache for last
1 year. Her blood pressure was measured, which was quite low i.e. 90/70. Upon
asking, she reported that they do use uniodized salt hence I though she may be
