Kathota Lake finally came in reexistance aimed to provide pleasure to eyes and water to drink for people of Indra Nagar and Gomti Nagar Lucknow.  When the lake get empty (usually in October November) local people catches big big fishes. Other time one can see tiny beautiful fishes.
