A Lady With Icy Cold Fingers In All Seasons

A 35-year-old lady rather dwarf rather obese female who takes things lightly and is of shy and timid kind of lady came to my dispensary.

Her usual complaints are lower leg pains (mainly calves), generally have low appetite, suffers from constipation, flatulence, abdominal distension, tendency to have acidity, fingers of hands and feet remains cold most of the times even in summer, and off and on 1-2 pimples on face .

On examination, I found her to have inflamed nasal mucosa and hypotensive.
