Breathlessness with cold legs Homeopathic Treatment
Recently an adult female came with her husband for
consultation. She was having
breathlessness on exertion as well as while sitting, fever, and body aches since
three days. She started these symptoms
after taking a cold bath in the evening after cooking food. She was having fever without any chill. On asking, she denied any cough or any other
major problem. She also reported that
she is having such type of sickness at least once a month, which resolves with
allopathic treatment. On asking whether she do note anything strange when she
gets sick, she reported that her both legs feel very cold. On measuring her
blood pressure, she was hypotensive otherwise no significant finding on
examination.
On close analysis of the case, I am suspecting she is having
any nematode infection (i.e. filirial infection or any other rare nematodes).
Constitutional homeopathic medicines as well as some
specific homeopathic medicines are being prescribed and patient is showing some
improvement and now she is having less episodes i.e. once in about 90 days.
These homeopathic medicines Lycopodium, Ars Alb, Sepia, Verat. Alb, Calc, Sulph, Silicea, Nux, Vomica, Natrum Mur, Lach, Phos, Carbo Veg, Merc Sol, Aconite, Petrolium, and Ferrum Met.
