A Case Of Uneasiness In Chest Area and Head Heaviness

A Health looking 50-year-old male came to my dispensary for complaint of uneasiness feeling in chest area and heaviness in head. He shown me a consultation paper from another homeopathic doctor and said doctor please give me Rhus Tox 30 and Bell 30 as I am ran out of these medicines, which were providing me great relief in my problem. I assured him that I will give him these medicines and let me know whole story from beginning. He told me that on night of 15 January, 2014, he wake up with urge to urinate and came out from his home to urinate, but while urinating he suddenly collapsed and fell down into a small pond near his home in village. Next morning he gone to his local physician who checked him up and found nothing abnormal finding except of blood pressure of 120/90. He has developed head heaviness and some uneasiness feeling in his chest area since that morning. His doctor gave him some medicine for these problem,but was of no use. He also developed apathy to work i.e. no interest in doing work. Few days later, he went to a homeopath who gave him Arnica 30, Rhus Tox 30, Bell 30, and Hypericum 1M to which he responded well. I asked whether he had any investigation following syncope episode in January 2014 and he reported he had routine blood test and blood sugar test, which were normal. I asked whether he was having illness before his syncope episode in January, 2014 and he told me that he was having frequent copious urination for last 5-6 days before the syncope. I asked whether he was on any medication before these days of copious urination, he told he was having fever in early December, 2013 for which he was on allopathic medicine. I assured him that his syncope episode may be due to after effect of febrile illness and he should not worry about this as such syncope can happen in healthy individual though I had advised him to have a routine urine test to assess kidney function. I gave him Rhus Tox 30 and Bell 30 along with Ars Alb 30 and Carbo Veg 30, which I thought can be useful for him and asked him to return after few days.
