A 14-year-old boy was brought to me for (1) difficult walking (2) weak legs (3) lack of coordination (4) right sided neck pain on neck movement (5) chronic constipation (6) muscle twitching of upper extremities, aggravation from lifting . Upon asking how these symptoms started, family members told that the child had a fall injury landing on head few years ago since then he had started to have these problems and increasing over time. He had an MRI of neck which reveals misalignment of neck and head which is causing pressures on nerves and can be corrected only surgically as soon as possible. My first advised to the patient to get it operated as soon as possible and meanwhile I gave him some homoeopathic medicines to see if these can cause any miracle but there was no significant improvement. From this case, I would like to warn parents please do not ignore if your child is having any walking difficulty especially if there is any fall injury.
