This 18-year-old boy came with erythematous skin lesions in armpit with lots of burning for one day. I gave some homeopathic medicines like Rhus Tox and Arsenic. I suspected this lesion as herpes zooster because her mother had a breakout of herpes zooster few months before. These days were too warm and humid, which makes such infection to appear. After one day his main complaint i.e. intolerable burning diminished and associated sense of sick was also gone.
I advised to drink plenty of water and try to remain in cool place and avoid hot environment as much as possible. I also advised him to take lemon juice and beel pather juice to fight dehydration.
