Q: A 30-year-old
male (Mr. C.I.A.) from Bangladesh contacted me via email for these problems
penis does not get hard on excitement (Erectile Dysfunction) and I do get
discharge very soon (Premature Ejaculation). He also complained of decrease in
size of penis both in length and width. He has difficulty to get erection and
if he gets then it become flaccid soon. He does have sexual desire, but not
getting proper erection. Sometimes he get semen discharge without penis being

sharing your problem with me. After reading your mail, the first thing coming
in my mind is that you may have anxiety and depression. This anxiety and
depression may be due to your misbelive that masturbation is destroying your
sexual problem. You should strongly believe now that masturbation has done
nothing bad for you and is not a bad thing so whenever you masturbate you
should not feel guilty.
Secondly, your
problem may be due to lack of exercise so please start doing exercise
espisically weight lifting.
