A 35-year-old talktive confident lady came to me for
consultation of headache with orbital and forehead swelling. She also do have
abdominal distension due to excessive gas formation and unability to pass it.
The swelling above eyes and forehead usually occurs when she is having
headache. She also do feel swelling on the top of head when her headache is
most severe. She also do suffer from bodyaches and cramps in legs. She feels her body stiff in the morning.
Upon asking about menses, she replied she do suffer with dysmenorrhea with
short duration of period i.e. she most of the time only have menses flow for
two days only. Her dysmenorrhea is most
worse before the menses.
She also gets vertigo and vomitig at times with
breathlessness. She also gets severe
back pain and unable to sit while having back pain and at times she feels no
problem in back at all. She also do
have have retrosternal chest pain chronically.
She also do have occasional episodes of sleeplessness.
She started my treatment and from second visit she started
to notice in improvement. And by fourth visit i.e. about 25 days her all
problems are at the lowest level.
Regarding diagnosis, I think this lady may be having
temporal arterititis, acidity, dysmenorrhea, and high blood pressure at times.
Homeopathic medicines used for her are Berberis Vulgaris,
Chammomila, Kreosote, Hypericum, Kali Carb, and Zincum Met and few doses of
each medicines were given accordingly indications.
Lastly, the case is ongoing and I will update her condition
and case if anything important/intresting things happens.
Today (19 February 2018) patient came again with similar problems plus left neck muscle severe pain feels as there was boil in ear. This time she also having heavy menstrual bleeding.
