Sepia
A menopausal obese female looking older than her actual age contacted me for treatment. She does not talk a lot and remained worried most of the time while in the dispensary. She does have aches and pains on a daily basis and tiredness. She is having breathing difficulty upon walking. She does have unhealthy skin. She does have knees pain. Her appetite is poor. She does have numbness. She is also having crippled nails and varicose veins. She is also having diabetes and developing cataracts. She does have hypertension too. She does have chronic renal failure with scanty urination. She does have kidney transplant with current creatinine of 5. She is of choleric temperament and works as a school principal
After analyzing the case, Sepia 30 and Berberis Vulgaris 30 seems indicated. Sepia seems covering almost all of her suffering and Berberis is covering her cramps, varicose veins, full pulse, scanty urine, and renal failure. Treatment is advised for one month and then reassess the case with more detail. After one month of treatment her creatinine came down to 4.5, but unfortunately patient did not come again.
